The present document establishes the Sales Terms & Conditions of all items sold on Matières à réflexion SARL's website hosted at http://matieresareflexion.kingeshop.com.

ARTICLE 1 - Acceptance of the Sales Terms & Conditions
The confirmation by the buyer of her/his order on Matières à réflexion's website implies the full acceptance of the present Sales Terms & Conditions. The Sales Terms & Conditions are the only conditions applicable to the sales contract.
ARTICLE 2 - Order confirmation
Photographies and product descriptions are indicative and can be slightly modified. Matières à réflexion will not be held liable for these modifications that will not invalidate the sales contract's regularity.
The product offering on Matières à réflexion's website does not imply Matières à réflexion's obligation to deliver the product.
Only Matières à réflexion's Order Confirmation validates the order.
Matières à réflexion will confirm (Order Confirmation) or cancel (Order Cancellation) the order to the buyer by email.
Matières à réflexion reserves the right to cancel an order with a customer with whom exists a unsettled affair regarding a previous order.
In case of an Order Cancellation by Matières à réflexion, Matières à réflexion will refund the full amount of the order within 24 hours.
ARTICLE 3 - Obligations of the parties
Matières à réflexion's obligations :
In the case of an Order Confirmation, Matières à réflexion will ship the items ordered by the customer within 48 hours of the Order Confirmation.
Obligations of the Buyer :
The Buyer will give Matières à réflexion a valid delivery address.
The Buyer agrees to pay the price stated in the Order Confirmation to Matières à réflexion (items and shipping) and the eventual Import taxes and duties to the shipping company.
ARTICLE 4 - Import duties and taxes
All items are shipped from Paris, France.
1 - For buyers shipping to an address in France or the European Union, the total amount paid and indicated in the Order Confirmation (which includes price of the items and of shipping & handling) is the final all-included price.
2 - For buyers shipping to an address outside of the European Union, the total amount paid and indicated in the Order Confirmation (which includes price of the items and of shipping & handling) can incur eventual Import taxes and duties upon entering the delivery country. Those taxes and duties are at the buyer's expense. It is the buyer's responsability to check what taxes and duties she/he will pay. It is the buyer's responsability to pay these taxes and duties to the relevant authorities. Matières à réflexion is not liable for any taxes and duties to be paid.
ARTICLE 5 - Price, Payment
Prices indicated on Matières à réflexion's website are in Euros.
Payment of the order by the buyer can be made by credit card through Paypal's secure payment system.
None of the buyer's payment information is communicated to Matières à réflexion.
ARTICLE 6 - Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, the order wil be delivered to the address provided by the buyer on her/his order. It will be shipped from our Paris shop within 48 hours of the Order Confirmation.
The buyer will receive an email from the shipping company with a tracking number.
If the recipient is absent when the package is delivered, the shipping company will leave a delivery slip with all indications to retreive the package.
If the package is visibly damaged or opened when presented for delivery, the recipient must refuse the delivery. The package will be returned to Matières à réflexion and a new one will be shipped at the soonest.
Matières à réflexion will not be held liable for any delivery delay.
ARTICLE 7 - Refund and exchange
All items sold have a « satisfied or refunded » warranty. As per French law, the buyer has 7 days from the date of receipt to ask for a Return without having to justify her/his reason(s). Matières à réflexion extends this delay to 10 days from the date of receipt.
To ask for a Return, the buyer will send Matières à réflexion an email with the date of order and items to be returned.
Matières à réflexion will email the buyer a RETURN FORM.
The buyer must print this RETURN FORM and include it in the return package.
The return package has to be given by the buyer to a shipping company within 48 hours of this email. All items have to be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any breach of these conditions will incur a 30% discount on the refund value stated on the RETURN FORM.
The return shipping charges remain at the buyer's expense.
The shipping charges paid on the Order Confirmation will not be refunded to the buyer.
In the specific case when the shipping cost have been offered, the real shipping cost (as visible on the delivery package) will be deducted from the refund.
Items sold as "On Sale" will not be refunded but a voucher for their value valid for 1 year will be sent to the buyer.
ARTICLE 8 - Items property
All items remain the sole property of Matières à réflexion until the final payment of the order's price.
ARTICLE 9 - Personal informations
Matières à réflexion will keep the buyer's information confidential.
These informations will not be sold to a third-party.
The buyer has the right to ask Matières à réflexion not to destroy all information regarding her/his order(s).
ARTICLE 10 - Applicable law
This agreement is contracted to under French law. The language of this contract is the French Language.
In case of conflict, the French version is the valid reference document.
